From 23 April to 27 April, at the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), Hon. Jotham Napat, President of Vanuatu Leaders’ Party, led a delegation to visit China. Liu Jianchao, Minister of the IDCPC, met with the delegation on 26 April and had an in-depth communication on the development of country-to-country relations and party-to-party relations. Both sides signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Communist Party of China and the Leader’s Party of Vanuatu. Hon. Napat reiterated their support for the one-China principle on behalf of the Leaders’ Party.
